The full English breakfast was a delightful start to the day, especially the scrambled eggs. Room cleanliness stood out with fresh towels and well-stocked tea and coffee facilities.
The nearby village pub didn't always open for food, making evening meals a drive away, which is a hassle for those looking to unwind after a day. In one unfortunate incident, a non-functioning bedside light went unnoticed, resulting in a somewhat restless night due to a noisy neighbor. Despite one stay being satisfactory, there's a chance of luck not being on your side with potential disturbances.
